Following a structured plan is key. For general health and longevity, this typically means completing 10–15 sessions at a pace of one to two per week, repeated twice a year. Absolutely. We recommend combining therapies (also known as bio-stacking) to enhance results and achieve the greatest optimization. IHHT is especially effective when paired with Red Light Therapy. For the best start to your journey, we also suggest beginning with compression therapy to prepare your body, allowing you to get maximum benefit from every individual treatment.

Yes. Every IHHT session is continuously monitored in real time. Our system tracks your oxygen saturation, heart rate, and the exact oxygen concentration in your breathing mask, ensuring the session is safe, precise, and tailored to you.

For optimal outcomes, many clients follow a rhythm of two to three sessions per week for 10 weeks, followed by an eight-week rest period before resuming. This approach allows your body’s natural biogenesis and fitness levels to stabilize before starting the next round.

The experience is calm and restorative. You’ll recline on a comfortable bed with your own personal breathing mask, inhaling carefully controlled air that alternates every 3–5 minutes between oxygen-rich (32–34%) and oxygen-reduced (9–17%) levels — all while you relax.

Side effects are rare. A small number of people may feel mild symptoms similar to those at high altitude, such as lightheadedness or a slight headache, due to detoxification, but these sensations pass quickly.
